The rack has a length ranging from 8 to 70 cm and a width of 0.5 to 2.2 cm. It can be straight or folded at a certain angle (ranging from 0° to 90°) in the same plane along its middle part. The distance between adjacent serrations is 0.3 to 3 mm, and the depth of each serration is 0.3 to 2 mm. When the rack is folded at an angle, multiple convex teeth are formed in the middle of the cutting serrations to enhance the cutting effect.
