Municipal Leaders Visit Our Aluminum Foil Factory for Inspection and Guidance, Injecting Strong Impetus into High-Quality Development

Today, the Mayor, accompanied by heads of relevant municipal government departments, paid a visit to our aluminum foil production base for inspection and guidance. The company's President, Sam, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and gave a detailed briefing to the leaders on topics including the production process, quality control, market application and people's livelihood service value of small-roll aluminum foil.

A Glimpse into the Small-Roll Production Workshop: Experiencing the Refined Craftsmanship in "Small Products"

"Isn't this the small roll of kitchen aluminum foil we commonly use at household? It looks thicker and has more uniform (grains) than products available on the market." Upon entering the dedicated production workshop for aluminum foil roll, the Mayor was immediately drawn to the neatly arranged finished small rolls beside the production line. Inside the workshop, the entire process – from the slitting of aluminum foil master rolls, precise cutting, to automatic winding and film packaging – adheres to "micron-level" control standards. This ensures that the length error of small-roll aluminum foil is controlled within ±2mm, and the thickness deviation does not exceed 0.001mm, perfectly meeting the small-batch usage needs of households, catering stores and other scenarios.

The leaders and their entourage carefully inspected the production line and stopped at the small-roll film packaging station to learn about the production process of aluminum foil roll. They also visited the aluminum foil food container production workshop to inspect its production process.
